Where 639 Club identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same identity or multiple identities — all associated accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be held, and bonuses credited to those accounts may be voided.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, as appropriate.
